But surely you cannot use the same motherboard for the new
processor
to sit in, so you will need a new board, and the next complication is that
you have a very low chance of finding a board with the same amount of pins
to connect to the parts involved.
Theoretically doing all this is definitely possible but there will
be a lot of minor issues that you have to deal with as a result of doing
all because the person doing this process of replacing the most important
parts which are not supposed to be replaced making a very small mistake
may lead to a huge problem.
